Converting from an employee to an employer

We are all living in a pardigm shift of time. Almost everyone I know has been raised to think of becomming an adult and finding a job. This meant getting an employer to agree to pay you a salary just to get you to show up for work. The salary was expected in spite of performance.
Now we must think in a different manner. The Internet, Rapid Capital Flow, Think Green, Globalization, Technology, & the Awakening have converged to a point where we must forget salaried positions and think instead of what is needed for our evolving planet and how we can co-create what helps the process.
Fear is the biggest hurdle to overcome. This and other Internet Communities is providing the type of support everyone needs from a functional family. My Spiritual Name is Amorra. Amor = Love + Ra = Sun = Light. Much of the world today lives in the shadow or in the darkness. Those involved in brutality are in darkness, those in the shadows fall into several groups. We must bring them all to LIGHT.

Even if you only employ yourself, if you begin to think as an employer in control of your destiny and in control of wealth building you will begin to make the journey to the future. If you are now in a position of having little or no money then you need to do a self-assessment. Look inward to discover purpose. What do you really like to do? What do you want people to think of when they think of you? Who surrounds you? Are they adding or subtracting from what you want to do? Do you have an agenda or is all your time filled by helping others with their own agenda? If what you are doing is working for you, go for it and work hard to build it to sustain you. If what you are doing is not working for you...CHANGE IT!
