Typically one asks that question just after an argument, but it does get asked for no apparent reason as well. What would you say if your partner demanded an answer of you? Have you ever thought about it? Why are they asking anyway!? The truth is, often in relationships we find ourselves looking at the greatest person we most desire and then looking back at ourselves and wondering why this person loves us back. We feel that we have nothing to offer them. You must realize that they often do the exact same thing!

It's vital to keep your relationship fresh, alive and new to keep either of you from ever having to ask the dreaded question, "Why do you love me?"

Tell your partner why you love them. Do it often and without being prompted or having reason or cause. Yes, I do mean that you should tell them about all the good qualities they have and what they mean to you. Tell them every day! If you think that they should already know why you love them, think for a moment....do you know why they love you? Ask them and you may be in for a big shock. We all want to feel loved in relationships and what better way to make your partner feel loved than to tell them exactly why you love them. It will make them feel good and in return that will make you feel good! They might even turn the table and spill their love confessions to you.

Most of the time we focus on what is going wrong in our relationship rather than what is going right. So why not shift the focus to what is going right? Reduce the unhappiness in your life and in theirs by making them feel that love you have for them. Be very open with your loving words and be very sparing with words of anger or frustration. This should help put your relationship on the right path and really improve your communication and overall happiness with each other!
