Q: Do I need to put any personal information in my profile? No you don’t. You can upload a photo, of yourself or whatever you choose, as long as it is not disturbing or graphic (please keep it rated “G”), you can use your name or nickname or “online alias” but it is requested that you do use some name and your current email address. That way you can participate in forum posting, discussions and communication with other members/experts.

Q: I found an expert who has a service I would like to receive. How do I go about ordering? If you have found an expert who provides a service that you wish to order, please contact that expert directly at their profile by their preferred methods, or by using the communication via answers-now. They will in turn reply with their specific ordering instructions.

Q: I purchased a service from an expert and I am not satisfied with what I ordered. How do I get a refund? Each expert has their own policies and terms of sale. Please contact them directly and state your grievance. Answers-now is not responsible for any transactions conducted between expert and client. However if you feel that the expert has been unprofessional or unethical, please let us know and we can investigate on your behalf, and help if possible in any resolution.

Q: I have a question that I wish to ask the experts. Where do I post it? Please visit our forums. There are some specific topics if your question fits, and our experts who are skilled and able to answer will respond! In your post please let us know how to reach you, so we can be of further service to you.
